@FLayaou welcome to the world of rips. 1920x1080 is a 16/9 format movies are not in 16/9 but a wider theater format. So if you where to do it with 1080 pixels high you are including black bars in the top and bottom. So when it is reencoded the bars are removed and your actually video signal is 1920x800 . So that will look exactly like your blueray original provided there is a high enough bitrate. So the 1920x800 is by no means a problem, just getting rid of superfluous pixels that your TV/video player will add in later anyway.
Someone said it won movie of the year because it got the word "slave" in it. Yes/No ?
